In view of the government’s decision to extend the CMCO till 9 November 2020, we have made certain adjustments to accommodate the extended CMCO as well as to comply with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that have been implemented along with it.

Date of auction: Barring any further extensions of the CMCO, the auction date shall remain as Sunday 15th November 2020 at 1 p.m. The venue will remain the same at Galeri Prima, 31, Jalan Riong, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

Preview dates: The preview will now be held between 11th to 14th November 2020 at Galeri Prima between 10 am to 6 pm daily.

Seating capacity on auction day: To comply with the government’s SOP, the seating capacity on auction day will be reduced to 60 pax to enable rules on physical distancing to be observed. In view of the limited seating capacity, entry to the auction hall will strictly only be reserved for bidders. As such we would appreciate those intending to attend the auction in person to bid to RSVP to us before 13th November 2020.

We would encourage those who can, especially seniors above 60 years old, to carry out their bidding via absentee, telephone or online bidding. You will be happy to know that the buyer’s premium will be the same whether you are bidding on the auction floor or through absentee, telephone or online bidding. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any assistance to make the arrangements to bid via any of these methods. Further, if anyone has been in Sabah or have been in contact with anyone found to have contracted Covid-19 over the past fourteen days, please stay home and carry out your bidding via absentee, telephone or online bidding.

SOP: We will be maintaining strict adherence to the standard SOPs during the preview and on auction day i.e. scanning via MySejahtera app and taking of temperature before permitting entry. Sanitizers will be available at the auction hall.
